01Your agreement with MIRRO
These Terms of Service govern access to the MIRRO API website, developer APIs, workspaces and related services provided by MIRRO HQ, registered in Delaware, United States (“MIRRO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our correspondence address is 2810 N Church St STE 90255, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Contact us at hello@mirroapi.com.
“You” means the person or organisation using the services. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You accept these terms when you agree to them during registration or purchase, or enter into an agreement that incorporates them. A signed order, service agreement or data processing agreement takes priority over these terms on the subject it specifically addresses. Existing agreements remain in effect according to their own change provisions.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. A customer's branded website, challenge programme or application may have its own terms. These terms do not replace the agreement between that business and its customers.
02Products and service scope
These terms cover the following MIRRO API services when supplied to you:
- Trading infrastructure: platform connections, hosted account connections, trading and market-data APIs, trade copying, TradingView and Telegram integrations, risk controls, logs, webhooks and reporting.
- Prop-firm products: evaluation engines, account creation and pools, challenge and phase workflows, trader dashboards, back offices, support tools and approved integrations.
- Website and infrastructure products: Website Studio, templates, uploads, generated applications, previews, publishing, domains, managed backends, databases, deployments and dedicated-server management.
- Mira: coding and business workspaces, AI APIs, knowledge and website imports, image and voice features, browsing, GitHub connections, customer-support tools and authorised actions.
- Related services: onboarding, implementation, support and other services identified in your order.
Your order, plan, permissions and the current product documentation determine the features and capacity supplied. An illustration, template, demo or roadmap is not a commitment to provide an unlisted feature. A configured connection is not proof of broker execution, successful settlement or completed deployment. A service-level commitment applies only when expressly included in your agreement.
03Accounts, access and credentials
Provide accurate registration and billing details, keep them current, and protect your passwords, recovery codes, API keys and connected-service credentials. Use the access controls available to restrict team members and integrations to the permissions they need.
You are responsible for people and applications you authorise and for instructions submitted through their access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may verify your authority, revoke compromised access or temporarily restrict an account to protect the service. This does not excuse our responsibility for failures attributable to MIRRO.
Workspace owners can administer their team and access workspace content within their permissions. Before using a work account, understand your employer's or workspace owner's policies. Do not put passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data into prompts, public repositories or support messages; use the protected connection settings provided.
04Trading connections and financial risk
MIRRO provides technology. We do not act as your broker, investment adviser, exchange or custodian of trading funds, and do not decide which trades you should make. Brokerage balances remain with the relevant broker or trading provider. Trading can result in substantial losses; simulated results do not predict live performance.
Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to operate. Obtain the account holder's permission for trading or copying, and comply with the broker's rules, platform terms and applicable law. You are responsible for instruments, sizing, leverage, signals, account permissions and strategy settings.
Messages and signals can be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or interpreted incorrectly. Broker connectivity, liquidity, price changes, symbol differences and platform restrictions can affect execution. An accepted API request is not a filled order. Check the returned state, broker records and data freshness before relying on a result or retrying an action.
Risk controls operate only within their documented scope and are not insurance against loss. Pausing a copier, removing an integration or closing a MIRRO account does not necessarily close broker positions, cancel pending orders or stop alerts at their source. Review open exposure and stop the relevant broker orders, alerts and external automations separately.
05Prop firms and business operators
A firm using MIRRO remains responsible for its business: challenge rules, customer contracts, advertising, pricing, refunds, payouts, tax, identity checks, regulatory permissions and customer support. You choose and maintain your own merchant, broker and identity-provider accounts unless a signed order expressly provides otherwise.
Payments collected through a firm's merchant account belong to that firm's payment relationship. MIRRO's technology does not make MIRRO the seller of the firm's challenges, the guarantor of its payouts or the provider of its funded capital.
Approve programme rules, account types, phase transitions, loss limits and account-delivery settings before launch. Demo account creation depends on supported broker flows and authorised account details. A software label such as “funded” does not itself mean a brokerage account holds real funds.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide customer data and for explaining automated monitoring and decisions to customers. Provide appropriate review and appeal routes where required. If a separate data processing agreement is required for your use, arrange it with us before that processing begins.
06Mira, AI output and authorised actions
Mira can generate and edit text, code, designs and other material and can use connected tools within the permissions supplied. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure or unsuitable for your purpose. Review important facts, code, security, licensing, legal content and production changes. Test generated applications before relying on them for sensitive or consequential uses.
You decide which repositories, websites, customer tools, databases and servers to connect. An instruction to edit, push, publish, deploy or change records may cause real changes when that action is authorised. Review the permissions and any confirmation shown. Enabling an automatic workflow authorises its disclosed actions within that workflow's scope; it does not grant unrelated access.
Completion messages and test receipts describe the work and checks actually performed, not a guarantee that every scenario is covered. Reverts and saved versions cannot undo every external action, message, payment, data migration or third-party change.
You must have permission to use reference images, websites, source code, documents and customer information you supply. Similar output may be produced for other users. Do not present an AI assistant as a specific real person or hide its automated nature where disclosure is required.
Uploaded business knowledge is used to provide context to your assistant; uploading it does not by itself train a shared model. Our treatment of AI content and service providers is explained in the Privacy Policy.
07Websites, GitHub and infrastructure
You are responsible for the content and lawful operation of websites and applications built or hosted with MIRRO, including notices to your users, access controls and the third-party services you connect. Publishing makes the selected content accessible at its public address. Repositories and previews have the visibility indicated by their settings and provider.
GitHub access is limited by your installation, repository permissions and authorised workflow. You remain responsible for branch protection, reviews, licences and production release policies. Revoking a connection prevents future authorised access but does not remove copies or commits already delivered to the external service.
Domain registration, ownership verification, DNS changes and certificate issuance can depend on your registrar, DNS provider and other services. We cannot guarantee instant propagation. Keep ownership and renewal information current.
For managed or dedicated infrastructure, your order identifies what MIRRO manages and what you manage. Keep appropriate exports and backups, agree any required recovery objectives, and review migrations and destructive changes. Unless expressly agreed, the service is not your sole backup or a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Third-party hosting, software and account costs are separate when your order says so.
08Prices, credit and billing
The price, currency, tax treatment, billing period and included usage shown at checkout or in your order apply to your purchase. Connected-account plans, uncovered hourly usage, prop-firm capacity, implementation, infrastructure and Mira usage may be separate charges. A plan for one service does not include every MIRRO product.
Recurring plans renew only on the terms disclosed when you enrol. Cancel or change a plan using the relevant billing controls, or contact us if those controls are unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal as specified by the plan; it does not erase charges already incurred. Removing an API key or logging out does not cancel a subscription or stop a hosted account.
Prepaid credit pays for the services identified in the relevant balance. It is not a bank deposit, investment or trading balance. Promotional credit is subject to its stated conditions and has no cash value. Do not assume balances are interchangeable between products. Automatic top-ups apply only if expressly offered and enabled.
Usage-based services can charge for compute or requests performed even when a task produces an incomplete or unwanted result. Check the usage record: pending or uncertain requests may reserve credit until reconciled. We do not treat a missing result as proof that no usage occurred.
Raise incorrect, duplicate or disputed charges promptly at hello@mirroapi.com, with the receipt or request reference. Refunds and cancellation rights follow applicable law, any checkout terms and your order. Where no specific rule is stated, contact us so we can review unused paid credit and the services supplied. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or a remedy for a service we failed to provide.
If you pay using a supported cryptocurrency method, follow the invoice's exact asset, network, address, amount and expiry instructions. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible and network fees may apply. Do not send funds to an expired or unverified destination.
Changes to recurring prices apply prospectively with notice and any cancellation opportunity required by your agreement or law. We do not retroactively reprice completed usage.
09Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the data, code, brand assets, documents and other material you provide. You grant MIRRO the permissions needed to host, copy, process, transmit and display that material to deliver, secure and support the services and carry out your instructions. This is not a transfer of ownership.
As between you and MIRRO, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated output provided to you. Existing MIRRO technology, templates and third-party components retain their respective ownership and licence terms. AI output may not be exclusive or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Check applicable licences and third-party rights before publishing or distributing it.
MIRRO retains rights in its platform, software, documentation and branding. Your subscription grants access within the agreed scope, not ownership of the underlying service. White-label rights cover the branding and deployment features included in your agreement.
Send alleged infringement reports to hello@mirroapi.com with the material's location, the rights involved and a way to contact you. We may restrict disputed content while investigating.
10Acceptable use
Do not use the services to:
- Break the law, facilitate fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or prohibited financial activity.
- Access accounts, repositories, systems or personal data without authority, or evade consent, authentication, billing or security controls.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, send spam, exploit vulnerabilities without authorisation, or interfere with service availability.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, or publish unlawful, abusive or exploitative material.
- Use restricted personal data in a way the service and your agreement do not support, or rely on AI alone for decisions where human review is legally required.
- Misrepresent service capabilities, fabricate results or claim MIRRO endorses or guarantees your trading strategy or business.
Comply with applicable sanctions and export-control rules. Reasonable security, capacity and rate limits protect users and infrastructure. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict the affected access in accordance with the section below.
11Availability, changes and support
We aim to provide reliable services with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, network failures, external platforms and capacity constraints can cause interruptions. Supported features and limits are described in the documentation and your agreement. We do not promise error-free software, guaranteed AI accuracy, guaranteed trading results or uninterrupted service.
We may update services for security, compatibility and improvement. For a material reduction in a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and honour any remedy required by your agreement or law. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner. An uptime target, response time or service credit is binding only if included in your agreement.
Use your workspace support tools or hello@mirroapi.com for assistance. Do not rely on support as an emergency trading-control channel.
12Suspension and ending the service
You may stop using a service and cancel its renewal through the relevant controls or by contacting us. Before leaving, export the material you need, stop external automations and review open trades, deployments and connected services.
We may restrict or suspend affected services for unpaid charges, credible security concerns, unlawful use, material breach or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Contact us to request review.
Ending access does not cancel amounts already owed or reverse external transactions. Subject to security and legal restrictions, we will reasonably assist an authorised export or deletion request. Retention and any continuing records are described in the Privacy Policy. Sections intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property and liability, continue to apply.
13Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law.
For business customers, and only to the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings. Except for the exclusions in the paragraph above, wilful misconduct, gross negligence and your obligation to pay charges properly due, each party's total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. A signed agreement may provide a different allocation.
You remain responsible for your trading decisions, customer commitments and authorised configurations. This does not transfer to you responsibility that the law places on MIRRO. For consumers, the rights and remedies required by applicable consumer law take priority over these business limitations.
14Law, disputes and general terms
Delaware law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law or your signed agreement requires otherwise. For business disputes, the parties submit to the competent state or federal courts in Delaware. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived.
Please contact us first with a clear description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent urgent relief, a complaint to a regulator or action within a legal time limit.
If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer this agreement in a way that reduces the other's mandatory rights; we may transfer it as part of a lawful business reorganisation or sale with the applicable obligations preserved.
We will publish revisions with an updated effective date and give notice of material changes through an appropriate channel. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a change requires your consent, we will obtain it before applying that change to you.
