Control room

Is anything wrong right now?

The first screen your staff see answers one question
What needs a person is at the top, in words; the numbers that explain it are underneath; every trader's alerts run below, newest first

  • Traders on seats, connections, and accounts whose terminals were seen in the last two minutes
  • Alerts and fills over 24 hours: submitted, refused, rejected by brokers
  • Needs a person: trades filled without a stop loss, executions held for review
  • Open any alert to see who sent it, on which connection, what happened and which firm ceilings applied

Challenges

Every live challenge, most at risk first

Each row is an account's live figures: the stage, the drawdown used and how far it is to the floor, progress to the target, equity and whether the account is reporting
A challenge that has used 70% or more of its allowance is called out before it breaks

  • Start a challenge for a trader on a seat: pick the program and the account the firm opened at its broker
  • The MT4/MT5 login is sealed on arrival and never shown again
  • An account that is not reporting is named; nothing is evaluated until it does
  • Import challenge accounts by CSV, up to 500 rows: every row reports started, invited or refused, with the reason
desk.northwindprop.example/firm/challenges

Bring the accounts you already have

One CSV row per challenge account: e-mail, program, platform, login, password, server, and your own reference if you keep one
A trader who is not on a seat yet is invited, and their row completes when you run the import again after they join
Invalid rows show a reason so your team can correct them

The record

The same live card for the desk and the trader, and a record under it

What the rule allows, what is used, how far to the target
Under it, every transition the engine made and every decision a person took, each with its numbers and a name

A person can overrule, in the open

The owner and the risk desk can pass a stage, fail, close or reinstate a challenge
It is written into the record with their e-mail and the reason, and the trader can read it

The engine carries on

After a decision the automatic evaluation continues on the same rules
A decision moves the challenge; it never switches the evaluation off

What happened at the breach

When a program closes on breach, the record says when open positions were closed and what was sent, so your team can review the recorded outcome

Programs

Challenge programs that fit your firm

Start from a template in the currency you sell in, pick the size, and edit the copy
Or build one from nothing: every field below is yours to set

  • Standard (balance drawdown) or Pro (equity drawdown); static, trailing or end-of-day trailing; optionally locked at the starting balance
  • Daily loss limit, profit split, maximum lots per order, the trading day's time zone
  • Minimum hold with a counted allowance of warnings; a consistency rule on any single day's share of profit
  • One to four stages, the last is the funded stage, each with a target and minimum trading days
  • On a breach: fail and close, fail and leave positions, or flag for a person
  • A running challenge keeps the rules it started with; archive a program and its challenges continue

Traders and staff

Seats for traders
Roles for staff
Staff are free

A seat is an active trader
Invite by e-mail and the link is yours to hand over too; it is valid for seven days
They sign in with the invited address
Accounts can be assigned through your configured delivery flow or connected where the program allows it

  • Owner runs the firm, including billing and branding
  • Risk desk sets the rules and can suspend a trader
  • Operations invites traders and watches the control room
  • Suspend a trader and every alert on their connections is refused from that moment, naming the firm
Open positions are left exactly as they are

Firm rules

Ceilings over every trader
Where yours is stricter, yours wins

A trader's own setting still applies
Yours sits over it, in the same planner that refuses a stop the broker would reject, and every refusal names the firm

  • Never more than a number of lots per order; never more than a share of the account at risk per trade
  • Every new trade must have a stop loss, in the alert or as a connection default
  • Only the instruments you list may be opened; a trader's own list can only narrow it
  • Trading hours hold new trades only
Closes, cancels and stop changes are not blocked by the trading-hours rule
  • Forbid copying other people's trades into the firm's accounts

Name and branding

In your name, on your domain, from your address

Set the firm's name, the support address traders see, your logo, your accent colour and the tagline on the sign-in page
Branding is included from the Growth package; your own console domain is part of Enterprise

  • Letters to your traders come from your own address once its DNS records resolve
  • Until then they go from the default sender with your name and reply-to
  • We attach your console domain with you during onboarding

What your traders see

Their own challenge, live, under your name

The firm's name, the firm's rules, nothing else, in six designs a trader switches between: the fail level and how far away it is, floating profit, today's limit, the target, the stage, and earlier challenges with the reason each one ended
Passes, funding, failures and warnings reach them by e-mail and Telegram, from you
